   Just have some experiment
   I guess you can change the background of your Shoutout by placing url in the
   background:url(’url’)!important;

   if mlakaki ang BG, put a attribute CENTER.
   background-image:url(xxxx) center !important;

    CSS po ito ng shoutout nyo, you can change your shoutouts: FONT-FACE, SIZE, COLOR, ALIGNMENT, and even BACKGROUND…

    hndi ung MESSAGE ng SHOUTOUT…

    the right thing to do is MERGE ur css codes to other css codes to be one, same as ur js codes to have only one EXTERNAL CSS file or JS file…

    you will just edit your CSS file and paste all the other css codes, some tutor dont teach that way which is not right.

    dont use .SWF or other extension files if you want your file to be EDITABLE. Please use .css for css files and .js for js files.

    rippers? if ur afraid from them, it only means that you dont want the REAL code owners to be known.
    If you really own the codes and you dont want it to share right now try to contact me.

    Let us do something about it

    please check…
    if you have used the generator here.
    meron pong mali ung codes nun…
    make sure you will put the codes ABOVE all the css codes
    or put a } then my codes, below the other css
