Open your images in PSP. I’m using the images below:

Right click the first image then click copy or press ctrl+c in your keboard.
Right click the second image then click Paste > Paste As New Layer or press ctrl+L in your keyboard. You may notice that the first image is overlapping the second.
If you want to move the overlapping image little bit, click the move tool or press ctrl+M in your keyboard then drag the image.
Click the erase tool press ctrl+X in your keyboard.
Make sure your setting are like the one below. You may adjust the opacity.

Now, go back to your image (the one with overlapping). Erase some parts of the background. You will notice that the other image is appearing.<

You may Colourized, Add Brushes, Add Patterns and Add Texts to make it look more pretty.

Save your work.
