Duplicate your image by going to Layers > Duplicate.
Now go to Effects > Texture Effects > Blinds.
A box will pop up! Make your setting like mine then click OK.
Hit F8 in your keyboard. Layer Palette will appear at the right side of your work space. Set blend mode of your Copy of Background to Soft Light.
Now you’re done!
Save your work!
