Colourizing Image

Open your image in PSP. I’m using the image below:

Click the “Change To Target” tool. If it’s not in your toolbar, look for it where the lighten/darken tool is. Then makeyour settings like the one below.

Then make your settings like the one below. You may adjust the opacity. Increase the opacity to darken and decrease to lighten.

Choose the color you want to use inyour color palette. You may use gradients.
Drag the change to target tool over your image wherever you want to.
You may Add Brushes, Add Patterns and Add Texts to make it look more pretty.

Save your work.
