Duplicate your image by going to Layers > Duplicate.
Go to Layers > Properties. A box will pop up. Set the Blend Mode to Screen.
Go to Adjust > Brightness and Contrast > Brightness/Contrast. A box will pop up. Make your settings like mine then click OK.
Save your work.
