Loading ...You may use the cursor below as your base. Right click then save.
Open your PSP Animationshop.
Create new animation by click File > New.
A box will pop up. Make your settings like the one below.
A checkered (transparent) box will appear.
We’re going to use the cursor base. Click File > Open. Look for the cursor base. We now how 2 images open, the blank animation and Cursor base.
Click on the cursor base frame then press ctrl+c.
Click on the blank animation frame then press ctrl+e. Drag the cursor base to the upper left part of the frame then left-click the mouse. You may now delete the cursor base by clickng the red x box.
Right click the cursor frame then click duplicate selected. Now we have 2 cursors.
Click the brush icon and make sure the width is set to 1.
Click the color pallette.
A box will pop up. Choose the color white or FFFFFF hex code.
Draw dots inside the cursor.
Now, click File > Save As. Save the cursor as cursor.ani.
Now upload your cursor in any free webhosting site.

what does PSP animation mean? where can i find it? im trying to make cross over layout but i dont know how to put cursor. can pls help me? TNX
