Open a new image in PSP with a black background. Click the text tool or press T. Make sure your text settings are set to Vector and not Floating or Selection.

Change the foreground color to black and the background color to white.

Click the white color, then click the Gradient tab.

A box will pop up. Choose gradient that has white on top and black on the bottom. Click OK.

Add your text again. Make it the same as the first you made.
Press Ctrl+I, Press Ctrl+C, Press Ctrl+Z, Press the delete button inyour keyboard then press Ctrl+L.
Now, drag/move the inverted text under the original text.

Save your work.
