Lets use this image as an example.
1. On the menu bar, click Select then Color Range.
2. Set the Fuziness into its maximum value (200), click OK.
3. On the menu bar, click Edit, click Define Brush Preset and type-in your desired brush name.
* The created brush will be added into the current set of brushes.
