    This is available only at Internet Explorer, not Mozilla Firefox, this works also on Images and borders, i’ll share it.

    it work very nicely at GIF images that are transparent backgrounds :)

    this is one of css syntaxs for filter :)

    if u want to examine it… why not understanding the CSS Codes?
    EXAMPLE

    I think this code is not for me. it works only for the link and the master header got wider.
